Meet Sarita
Peace and welcome to my Holistic Weight Release coaching practice! I'm Sarita, a compassionate coach dedicated to helping women heal their relationship with themselves and their bodies. Having transformed my own struggles with emotional eating and yo-yo dieting and finally losing 60 pounds and keeping it off, I understand the journey deeply.
