What is Holistic Health?

Holistic health is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental,

emotional, social, and spiritual components of health. My  approach is based on the belief that the

whole person should be cared for, not just the symptoms of a particular ailment. We utilize a variety of

modalities, such as yoga, nutrition, health coaching, meditation, and energy healing, to help clients

reach their optimal level of health.
